Today's location the 139 year old Point Bonita Lighthouse. Originally built in 1855 and then moved and rebuilt in 1877. I couldn't ask for a better place to shoot this mix of vintage and modern winter outerwear.
I love snow. The pure clean white, the soft sound of it falling, how it blankets everything in winter wonder. I even like shoveling snow. Unfortunately I don't live in a place that gets good snow. So every year I quest for it. I basically drive until I find it. This seasons quest brought me to Yosemite and I was not disappointed. Everywhere I looked was like a Bob Ross painting. Amazing!!
It's my first Northern California winter and so far it's been lovely. Bitter cold here is 50° just wintery enough for some sweaters. Here are some pics from my latest shoot. This one is in Marin Headlands with Amanda. See more on my website www.jamesbueti.com
Alaska, the last frontier. It seems around every corner is a majestic a place of beauty. Here are some unpublished images from a plane ride I took over the glaciers the last time I was up there. Unbelievable!!
